U.S. Navy Eyes Technology To Cloak Subs

 The U.S. Navy is investing in research that could make its submarines even stealthier, using cloaking technology that seems to come straight out of a Tom Clancy thriller or Star Trek script. Developed by New York-based Weidlinger Associates with U.S. Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) funding, the technology involves the carving up and altering of aluminum to give it “elastic properties” — a form of what the company calls “metal water,” according to Jeffrey Cipolla, a Weidlinger senior associate. The underwater acoustic-evading technology for submarines and unmanned undersea vehicles, now in SBIR Phase II development, creates a coating that features broadband, passive waveguides, which redirect acoustic energy around an object, “rendering it nearly undetectable” to active sonar, the company says. The coatings also “decouple” structural vibrations from the water, the company says, reducing passive sonar signature. The cloak “suppresses all scatters and reflected waves,” Cipolla said June 4 during a presentation at the Navy’s annual Opportunity Forum in Arlington, Va. The company carves up aluminum along hexagonal lines and creates a cylindrical cloak from the hexagonal cell structure, he says. The resulting cloak is a heavy garment for the sub, and the Navy will have to accept that idea, Cipolla says, if it wants to pursue this technology. “Any cloak technology worth its salt is going to be heavy,” he says, adding that there will be no “spray-on coating.” He says, “It’s going to be a structure [that has to be attached to the sub].” The software the company has developed for the technology has reached a technology readiness level (TRL) of 5, he says. The material maturity is about a TRL 4 and the overall concept is at a TRL 3, he notes.

Israil Mungkin Menyerang Iran

US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta believes there is a "strong possibility" that Israel will strike Iran's nuclear installations this spring, the Washington Post said Thursday in an editorial.

When asked about the opinion piece by reporters travelling with him to a NATO meeting in Brussels, Panetta brushed it aside.

"I'm not going to comment on that. David Ignatius can write what he will but with regards with what I think and what I view, I consider that to be an area that belongs to me and nobody else," he said.

"Israel indicated they're considering this (a strike), we've indicated our concerns," he added.

The Post columnist said Panetta "believes there is a strong likelihood that Israel will strike Iran in April, May or June before Iran enters what Israelis described as a 'zone of immunity' to commence building a nuclear bomb."

President Barack Obama and Panetta are "said to have cautioned the Israelis that the United States opposes an attack, believing that it would derail an increasingly successful international economic sanctions program and other non-military efforts to stop Iran from crossing the threshold," he said.

"But the White House hasnt yet decided precisely how the United States would respond if the Israelis do attack."

Panetta said Sunday in an interview with CBS that Iran needed "about a year" to produce enough enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon, and one or two more years to "put it on a deliverable vehicle."

Iran insists its nuclear project is peaceful and has threatened retaliation over the fresh sanctions, including possibly disrupting shipping through the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

Israeli media reported in October last year that the option of pre-emptive air strikes on Iran was opposed by the country's intelligence services but favored by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Ehud Barak.

Israeli television said Mossad chief Tamir Pardo raised the possibility of a unilateral strike on Iran during a visit last week to Washington.

TEKNOLOGI HAARP MENGANCAM NYAWA

HAARP adalah program penyelidikan berkaitan ionosfera dan dinaungi sepenuh oleh US Air Force, US Navy, University of Alaska dan Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). DARPA adalah sebuah agensi yang ditubuhkan oleh kerajaan Amerika Syarikat untuk membina pelbagai senjata berteknologi tinggi untuk kegunaan ketenteraan Amerika Syarikat.

Bagaimanapun, HAARP dipercayai merahsiakan penyelidikan untuk kepentingan DARPA itu dengan aktiviti penyelidikan saintifik yang kononnya menyelidik lapisan ionosfera bagi meningkatkan lagi penggunaan sistem komunikasi dan pemantauan cuaca.



Tapak penyelidikan HAARP yang berada di Gakona, Alaska menempatkan peralatan berteknologi tinggi dan tercanggih iaitu Ionospheric Research Instrument(IRI). IRI adalah sebuah instrumen yang menghasilkan frekuensi radio berdefinisi tinggi sekitar 2.7MHz sehingga 10MHz.

Selain itu, IRI mampu memancarkan frekuensi ke lapisan yang terhad untuk dicapai iaitu di lapisan Ionosfera dan menghantar kembali isyaratnya ke bumi. Diandaikan bahawa hasil dari IRI tersebut telah menjadi medium frekuensi yang dipancarkan ke lapisan ionosfera sebelum dihantar kembali ke bumi yang menghasilkan ‘bunyi aneh’ seakan-akan guruh dan menggemparkan di beberapa lokasi di dunia.

Kenali HAARP





HAARP bagaimanapun dikatakan tidak pernah mengeluarkan sebarang kenyataan berhubung dakwaan tersebut sehingga kini. Program yang bermula sejak tahun 1993 itu sering dikaitkan sebagai penyebab kepada beberapa insiden bencana alam oleh beberapa saintis ekoran aktiviti-aktiviti program tersebut yang menjadi tanda tanya ramai pihak.

Dan mungkin ramai lagi yang tidak percaya bahawa kemungkinan kebanyakan bala bencana yang berlaku di dunia sekarang adalah buatan kerajaan Amerika Syarikat, dengan mereka memanipulasikan cuaca menggunakan HAARP, Scalar (teknologi dari Nikola Tesla) dan bermacam-macam teknologi lagi. Dan ada saintis yang telah membuktikan bahawa HAARP mampu mengubah cuaca, mengawal hujan, mengawal panas sejuk, dan paling hebat mampu membina satu tsunami atau gempa bumi berskala besar.

Konspirasi mengaitkan bencana alam dengan hasil kerja tangan manusia telah berkisar sekitar teknologi yang dibangunkan oleh Amerika Syarikat, telah sengaja mencetuskan bencana alam seperti Banjir Kilat, Taufan, Puting Beliung dan Gempa Bumi. Kejadian gempa bumi di China pada 2008 berukuran 7.8 skala ritcher juga dikaitkan dengan aktiviti yang dijalankan oleh HAARP.

Pencetusan bencana juga adalah salah satu projek 'depopulation' iaitu untuk mengurangkan populasi penduduk dunia.Ini mungkin satu lagi retorik dan propaganda mereka untuk mengaburkan dunia, kerana matlamat utama golongan-golongan elit antarabangsa yang juga berpengaruh dalam PBB ialah untuk mengurangkan populasi (depopulation) penduduk dunia ini dengan apa cara sekali pun kepada jumlah 4 billion orang sahaja menjelang tahun 2040.
